Refreshing and complex with hints of orange and spices

With intense tropical notes of passionfruit, pineapple, citrus and pine needles, this beer has resinous hoppiness and a nice lingering bitterness on the finish. It is the perfect ode to this little island's robust cyclene scene. A brew that makes it worth the ride!

We dial back the bitterness in our full-flavored session IPA, which is generously spiked with fresh Cascade hops that impart fragrant citrus aromas and flavors.

This latest FRUIT AMPLIFIED beer puts into practice everything we’ve learnt so far. Starting with the golden boy of the Ridge, ACE IPA, we then add mid-fermentation for maximum effect what is technically known as a *F#kton of locally sourced, cold-pressed watermelon from our mates at Refresh Juice. At this point, we already have a beer packed with resinous pine and citrus, overflowing with waves of… well, watermelon! As a kicker, and for that little extra oomph, we inject the finished beer with a dose of Watermelon Skyfarm terpenes just as it’s transferred to its final destination. Welcome to the brave new world of fruit-amplified beer!

Gose w/ massive amounts of Guava, Black Currant, Coconut & a twist of Vanilla.

The beer that inspired our crazy journey, ours is a hop driven, full bodied and refreshing Pale Ale bursting with flavour and aroma. Style: Classic American Pale Ale Malt: Pale Malt, Munich, Caramalt & Wheat Malt. Hops: EKG (UK) kettle bittering, Cascade (US/AUS/NZ) & one other hop variety (based on seasonal variations using the best hops available) in the whirlpool and Cascade (USA/Aus), Chinook (USA) & one other hop variety in the hopback. Pairing: The all rounder. Pizzas, burgers, grilled meats, mussels in flavoursome broths.

Inspired by our home on the edge of the Pacific Ocean and brewed using all Australian barley, wheat and Galaxy hops, Pacific Ale is cloudy and golden with a big fruity aroma and a refreshing finish. After being dry hopped at the end of fermentation, our Pacific Ale is then drawn straight from the storage tank at the brewery into kegs and bottles.

This is a big but beautifully balanced IPA, with a bright and fun bitter flavour - a true hop heads delight.

大好きなこのセゾンを、夏を通り越して、晩秋の「インディアン・サマー」の季節までもつように、さらに、たっぷりのホップをつかって仕込んでみました。 もともとは農閑期の冬から春にかけて、夏の農作業のために仕込まれたというセゾン。保存性をよくするためにつかわれたホップが、ベルギービールの中でも際立つスタイルです。 ネーミングからセゾンのIPA的なものだと思われた方もいらっしゃると思いますが、そういう意味ではほぼ正解です。IBUは通常のIPAよりもやや低めの50くらいの設定ですが、ドライなボディとのバランスでは十分程よく(!?）苦いです。 セゾン酵母により度数を感じさせないドライさと嫌みのないフルーティさ。 ホップはニュージーランドとアメリカ産の新品種が中心。青い柑橘類を思わせる爽快な香りが特徴です。 アルコール度数 : 7.0% ビアスタイル ： ベルジャンIPA http://tamamura-honten.co.jp/?pid=97647161
