Our latest take on the now eponymous American IPA, Pacific Magic combines the straw coloration and crisp dry finish of a pilsner with the bitterness and aromatics of an aggressive West Coast Style IPA. In the spirit of reaching for an icy bottle or a fresh pint at the end of a day spent trekking our rugged coast, our aim is total satisfaction: refreshment without sacrificing complex flavor. Maybe it’s a trick of the light, but with a tilt of the glass Pacific Magic will make your thirst disappear.

Showcasing mosaic hops from the US, this beer is packed with fruity aromas and has a delightfully dense tropical hop flavour. Low in bitterness; it pours a golden colour with a pronounced haze. Aromas of lush mango and stone-fruit on the nose, it finishes with big juicy notes of citrus

This is a big but beautifully balanced IPA, with a bright and fun bitter flavour - a true hop heads delight.

We're taking it back to the early days of Australian craft beer with a true OG Hazy. This brew features a hefty addition of wheat malt for a full-bodied, bready base, and we’ve teamed up with Mogwai Labs to use their OG Haze 3 yeast, brand new to Australia. Expect notes of banana and clove, elevated by a ferulic acid rest during the mash to really boost those clove aromas. With careful fermentation for ultimate drinkability, this beer is a perfect companion to a pretzel and a Maß - so sit back, relax, and enjoy a taste of nostalgia.

Slightly tweaked, slightly evolved, but still the Juicy West Coast IPA fans have come to love. Medium-bodied and punchy at 50 IBU, this beer balances juicy haze with crisp, clean bitterness. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving your palate ready for the next sip. The hop bill is a carefully curated mix of Motueka, NZH-106, Idaho 7 Dynaboost, Amarillo Cryo, and Sabro Cryo. River Dog is an ode to the West Coast but with ties to the Southwest coast of WA! American hops and a pale malt profile combine to yield a bitter but balanced offering where tropical notes of stone fruit and pine are ripe in the glass in both flavour and aroma.
