Jibiru serves authentic yakitori from the Saitama region north of Tokyo, where pork ("yakiton") is used in addition to the traditional chicken. Using award-winning sauces directly imported from the Hibiki yakitori restaurants of Higashi-Matsuyama, we grill only the finest fresh meats including Sakura chicken and high-quality Japanese pork.
